PGE hosts events for students and the broader environmental community. Programs include open houses and information sessions, study breaks, student research presentations, faculty lunch and learns, and career-focused events featuring alumni and environmental professionals. The Frizzell Learning and Speaker Series is a student-led program featuring a keynote by an expert in environmental and urban research or affairs.
PGE also collaborates regularly on events with campus partners. Almost all of our locally-focused events are sponsored in collaboration with Chicago Studies, with whom we share the Chicago Outdoors series; other partners include the Institute of Politics, the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation, the Pozen Family Center for Human Rights and others. Some links below may take you to these collaborators' pages for registration and more.
All PGE events are open to all. We hope to see you at one soon!
