Fourth Years: Schedule your meeting to fulfill major requirements

To prepare for graduation, all fourth years need to fill out a major course of study form, and schedule a time to meet with David Barr, the major requirements preceptor.  If you haven't gotten a chance to go over your course of study, now would be a good time for you to meet with David to make sure you are on track to graduate (before you sign up for winter courses). Here's what you need to do:

1. Email David to set up a meeting. It will be easiest if you propose a window of time on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons or Friday before noon or after 2pm.

2. Look at your transcript and cull from it a list of every course you think could count toward the major requirements.

3. If you have not yet filled out a form for your track, go here and do your best to do so. You have the option of using the old forms for a degree in Environmental Studies or a new form if you switch your major to Environmental and Urban Studies. The requirements are slightly different. If you have already filled out a form with us and need to see it, mention that in the email and David will send it to you.

4. Send the products of steps 2 and 3 to David ahead of your meeting.
